These essences were made at Breitenbush Hot Springs , McMinnville, or Neskowin, Oregon; beginning in 1991. Definitions come from several sources, & are intended to assist in selecting appropriate essences to support personal growth. The essences followed by '& ' were made with a crystal of the same colour, to enhance the properties of the flower (Bleeding Heart & Rose Quartz).
Flower remedies are self-adjusting, if one is 'incorrect,' it simply has no effect. Essences accent your positive qualities, & assist in releasing behaviors that no longer serve your highest good. They are not medications for physical ailments, though they can support physical healing, & are compatible with traditional & conventional medical treatments.

I prefer working individually with clients over mass marketing, & offer essence consultations as a part of my practice. You'll find 'Bouquets' after the individual essences; these can be requested by name. I offer occasional Flower Essence classes for those interested in making your own essences or building your Essence Pharmacy. I preserve my essences with brandy (about 33%), but can formulate a bouquet with vinegar, glycerin, or plain spring water if you wish. You can put your drops in a cup of hot water or tea & wait a few minutes to allow the alcohol to dissipate.

I have a selection of essences from several Essence companies & individuals as well as those I’ve made myself, & can include any of these in your blend. These include essences from Molly Sheehan (Green Hope Farm), Machaelle Wright (Perelandra), Ouipiti Robintree (Hummingbird), Ruth Joy, Kimbo, Flower Essence Pharmacy, & Pegasus (including several Star Elixors). If there’s an essence you’re interested in that’s not on this list, please ask, I may have it from another practitioner. And of course you can add essences from your own pharmacy to one of my blends! Be creative – the essences are here to serve you!

For those wishing to stop smoking or release other habits & addictions check out the ‘Breath of Life’ process & essences blends that support the shifts. I am getting good feedback from those working with this process! If you have problems with food cravings, you can substitute the ‘Sweet Nothings’ bouquet for ‘Life Breath,’ or ad it to your ‘Breath of Life’ essence group. ‘Renew’ & ‘Ground & Balance’ can be helpful as you complete the Breath of Life program.

Selecting essences: Read through these (& other) definitions, & jot down ones that stand out. Think of your favorite flowers, & colours. You may wish to use a pendulum, or muscle test to check & see which ones are 'right' for you at this time, & in what combination. Some folks enjoy building a pharmacy of their own, & taking single essences as needed, or mixed bouquets of 2 or more essences. Making essences in incredibly simple, & I’m happy to share ideas with you. A flower you’re attracted to may have the quality you’re trying to integrate, or help you overcome a problem. PEMS: Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual levels or bodies

    2nd - Navel Chakra - Green ring, 5 elements/organ systems flow like rivers

    4th - Heart - 2 Pink triangles joined at tips, compassion, connection with others
    5th - Throat - Gold star in indigo tunnel; speaking ones truth

Devas: Sanskrit name for Angels; beings of light that are associated with each plan & other being.

High Self (HS): The highest expression of one’s being or spiritual self, flower essences help integrate the soul essence into one’s physical, mental & emotional bodies, & come closer to the ideal or ascended self.

Karma: The fallout from other lives or incarnations – some positive, some negative. Brownie points & debts owed, from positive & negative actions. Forgiveness works wonder to help one restore a ‘blank slate’ & erase some of those debts – especially self forgiveness!

Soul Group: The group of beings that is your spiritual family – those working together on certain issues & with a group mission. You may feel positive or negative about individuals in this group. (James Redfield’s book The Tenth Insight goes into this in some depth)
