FTP Site   Clarks Energy Services has several files and documents available for downloading.  You may find most of these useful if a project is to be constructed in Oregon.  The Air Dilution Procedure follows ASHRAE 62-1989 and is useful for anyone needing to calculate adequate outdoor ventilation air quantities for HVAC systems.   These files are to be used at your risk.  We assume that design professionals with a knowledge of fields related to specific topics are using these tools.  We are not responsible for how these tools are used or results from software that we did not create.   Oregon Code-Related Files

CodeComp 3.03a Disk 1 This non-residential energy code compliance program is public domain software.  It was developed and is maintained by the Oregon Office of Energy.  Its use is required in Oregon whenever window-to-wall area percentage exceeds prescriptive compliance path allowances.
