Our Team   Curtis Clark, founded CESC in 1989. He is a professional engineer who has devoted his practice to energy-efficiency activities at the city, state, national, and private sectors.   Since 1989, Mr. Clark has served the Oregon Building Officials Association and Oregon Department of Energy to implement the Oregon Energy Code Nonresidential Program.  He has instructed thousands of professionals on energy code.  Mr. Clark is the principal author of the award-winning Oregon Energy Code Compliance Manual.   Curtis's newest venture is in the world of software development.   Alan Seymour, has worked in the energy conservation related field for fifteen years.  Currently, he is Circuit Rider for the Oregon Office of Energy's Nonresidential Energy Code Program.  Mr. Seymour also performs nonresidential energy audits for NW Natural and completes energy code compliance documents for contractors.   Mr. Seymour was previously employed by Oregon Building Code Division for 5 years, as their Energy Conservation Coordinator.   Dennis Oberto, has over twenty years experience in building and system commissioning, DSM and code building inspections, energy audits, program evaluation, and building energy conservation measure design and implementation.  Dennis has developed energy educational programs for private companies, individuals, public agencies and utility employees.  Mr. Oberto also managed energy auditors for contracted BPA programs.   Deborah Stewart, is currently the Facilitator for CESC.  Ms. Stewart has scheduled and organized workshops throughout Oregon with the Oregon Building Officials Association.  She has a background in customer service skills and marketing.   Ms. Stewart followed the power deregulation process closely earlier this year and is currently working on the Utility Aggregation Project with the Office of Energy.   Clarks Energy Services     Copyright © 1997 Clarks Energy Services Corp.
