*Due to work & family schedules, we will try party if everyone is available. Parties that start on time usually go for around three hours, every once in awhile can go longer. We have limited time, so its important to be ready to start as close to the set as we can.

*It is a given that we all have real lives that take precedence over life in Vana’diel. This should be understood by all.

*If for any reason you are unable to make it or know that you will be unavailable for any set static time, *Please* - let us know as soon as possible. Everyone’s time is valuable. Even if notification is just an ingame message sent to Katella. This will allow the other party members to make other plans, like going after needed AF gear, etc.. and minimize time wasted.

*The goal is to have fun, and to gain some decent exp. We want everyone to enjoy their time.

*Subjobs are a personal choice, so whatever you feel enhances your style of playing is acceptable. We are flexible, and open to experimenting. Learning what works for you ends up making you a stronger player. Teams that understand that are hard to find. Just know that we are not a regular “cookie-cutter” team.

*Static’s are static. This means for the most part, you will want to only level with our team. Sometimes it may necessary to play to catch up etc, however always keep in mind what our levels are, and do not surpass the current highest level.

*If at anytime you decide that this isn’t working for you, just let us know. It is fine if you decide to no longer be a part of our static, as long as you have the courtesy to actually tell us. No hard feelings as long as you let us know, and don’t string along the team. - Everyone’s time is precious.

*If it becomes noticeable that any one member does not show up for 3 consecutive weeks, and the said member has not notified the team previously of their absences, then the team reserves the right to hold a vote as to if they wish to level without that member. Obviously there will be circumstances that come up… which is fine as long as communication is maintained.
