www.Astro.com
is my favorite site for free Astrological Charts. They offer basic charts,
& also Astrocartography maps, comparison & composite charts. I'm a
'hobby' astrologer, but am happy to look at your chart & give you some
impressions if you send me your birth data (place, 'exact' time, day &
year).
At wwwAstrology.com
you can also run comparison charts, & get a free mini-reading.
www.vitaminE-factor.com
is a site with recent info about
one of my favorite vitamins! It gives info about the different factors, including
gamma tocopherol, which is the best antioxidant for those concerned
with heart health. What's the # I antioxidant that Cardiologists take?
You guessed it! (Other antioxidants include Vitamins A, C & the mineral
Selenium.)
Site author Andreas Papas
suggests taking formulas that contain natural d-alpha tocopherol (if the
lable says dl-alpha, it's synthetic!) plus an equal amount of the other factors:
beta, gamma & delta, plus the four tocotrienols, which make up the rest
of the 'E team.' You'll need to read lables; look for ones that say 'Gamma
E' on the lable, & have the mix Papas suggests on his page.
Expecting
moms: I took vitamin E during my 1st pregnancy & had a quick (2
1/2 hour) labor -- I wasn't even sure I was in labor when it began!
A common 'side effect' of taking E! Plus it decreases the risk of premature
birth & other complications of pregnancy. Extra Vitamin E is especially
important if your prenatal formula contains more than 30 mg of Iron! If
you're 'anemic,' you may just be low in vitamin E. Breast milk is high in
E, but low in iron; & breast fed infants are rarely anemic.
Diseases with links to low
levels of Vitamin E include: heart disease, adult onset diabetes, high cholesterol,
Alzheimer's, eye problems (inc: cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic
or infant retinopathy, + glaucoma), cancer, AIDS & other auto immune
diseases.
When you
sprout
grains, the Vitamin E content triples, and all factors of the 'E team' are
present & readily absorbed!
www.alzheimers.com
has great info on dealing with loved ones who are experiencing loss
of memory, & some great tips for prevention. Taking antioxidents, eating
a diet high in fruits & veggies, keeping your mind active, and other natural
steps are encouraged.
