Many people are concerned with the current situation with much of our food being genetically engineered. Growing gardens, large or small, choosing heritage seeds & plants from local growers, & sprouting assist our return to health & balance. Raw foods contain vital enzymes, & the nutritional value of seeds is increased by sprouting.  I garden, & grow sprouts, using Flower Essences & Reiki to enhance the life supporting properties of my food & the fluids I drink.

I am available to speak to your group about fun & easy ways to include more live foods in your meals!

Ways you can add move vitality to the items you ingest:

Eat more raw & live foods; sprouts, raw fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds.

Grow your own sprouts & salad greens. (I live in a trailor on a postage stamp lot, & grew most of my own salad greens this summer in a bed 2' x 8'!)

Bless food with Reiki, as you grow, prepare & eat it.

Vitalize water by blessing with Reiki & aerate by pouring back & forth between 2 clean containers before drinking.

Prepare & eat each meal with an Attitude of Gratitude.

Resources: Angel Foods by Cherie Soria is an excellent guide to incorporating Live foods in every meal. This recipe book is full of ideas for using more raw foods, & has lovely blessings & drawings.

Susan Weed's books: Healing Wise, Herbs for the Childbearing Year, Menopausal Years , & Breast Cancer, Breast Health. Susan is not a fan of sprouting, but gives excellent advice on which of our common 'weeds' are actually nutrient full 'tonic herbs,' ones that can be safely consumed on a daily basis.
