Two aspects of DC that I do not like are the "big gun and big bangs" style and different combat systems for each type of combat. The lack of gaming advice for the players and the lake of information for the Gm on how to use the system to create effective adventures combined with the “big guns and big bangs" style of game play tends to cause a “shoot first, ask questions later” mentality to arise during play. The different systems for unarmed melee combat, armed melee combat, direct fire combat, indirect fire combat, and vehicle combat causes a great deal of confusion and can delay the game.
